Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, you can click on checkout in the right hand column of the website or click in the item number listed in the header of the website. You will be forwarded to the checkout pages. Here you can review your purchase and if you are happy click on checkout at the bottom of the screen. You will be asked to confirm the selection and pay. We accept all major credit debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Maestro. When confirmation of order is received. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
Orders amounting to £50 or less will be charged a rate of £3.50 for carriage. Orders over £50 and under £100 will be charged a rate of £5.95 for carriage. Orders over £100 will be sent carriage free.( THIS OFFER EXCLUDES ORDERS SOLEY CONSISTING OF Surfboards / Wakeboards and Bindings.) These items will be charged at a fixed postage rate of £15.99. This also excludes the following countries: Corsica, Germany, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Sardinia, Sicily, Spain, Denmark, France, Austria, Finland, Norway, San Marino, Sweden, Switzerland, USA, CANADA. If you want to order from these countries please contact us before you place your order so that we can give you an exact price.
Please note that carriage charges may change through the year due to fluctuations in prices from carriers worldwide. Please Note – Goods must be signed for on receipt.
Delivery Schedule
Standard delivery time for our parcels is usually 2-5 days. (Customers are advised that any orders placed after 4pm on a given day will be processed first thing the following morning). You will be informed of any possible delays, so please give us a reliable daytime phone number or email address so that we may contact you. The ‘Time in Days figure quoted reference shipping, excludes Saturday and Sunday and all delivery times are subject to stock availability. Any out of stock items will be despatched at no extra charge as soon as they come into stock.
Liability
Please note that we cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused b late delivery or loss by our carriers, only for the value of lost goods.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will put the item on back order for you. If there will be a delay outside our normal delivery time then we will contact you with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. (This has already been added to the prices you see in our online store).
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Liquid Republic is committed to you being fully satisfied with your purchases from the online store.
Items must be returned within 14 days from date of purchase. Returned items must be UNUSED with the ORIGINAL TAGS attached.
We will need your name, order number and details of the item you wish to return, plus the particulars of any exchange required. If you do not have these details available then pass on as much information as possible.
Clearly mark the returned item(s) with the returns address and ensure that the 6 digit reference number is in view.

Within the package include any exchange information that you require. The customer is responsible for all return delivery costs unless an item has been delivered to you either faulty or incorrectly. If you have received an item that is faulty or sent incorrectly, please contact our customer service team directly by phone or email. We will refund the cost of any postage due.
Items should be returned via Royal Mail recorded delivery as this will provide you with a tracking number for the item you are returning.
All exchanges will be shipped out via Royal Mail 2nd class, unless otherwise agreed with a customer service advisor.
Liquid Republic cannot accept responsibility for items that are not returned by recorded delivery.
Upon inspection of returned product, Liquid Republic will issue a full refund to the card used for the purchase less the original delivery charge.
Any used items will be denied a refund and returned to the customer at his/her expense.

Warranty
Warranty items are subject to inspection and only eligible for repair, replacement or disposal.
All products purchased from Liquid Republic carry the full manufacturer warranty unless sold as a “no warranty” item. Special circumstance: in the event the manufacturer is no longer in business, Liquid Republic will review your warranty claim and at our discretion help to provide an equitable solution.
